I have over 30 years’ experience supporting businesses in varying capacities from EA to office manager, event planner to project manager working for and alongside leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives and VIPs in a range of sectors including media, hospitality, tech and most recently in education.


The name AAA reflects my past life in media and events, way back when I used to relish the opportunity to get my hands on a triple A pass that would give me “Access All Areas”. It feels relevant again as I offer my support across all areas of business.


I live in Twickenham, West London where I work from my dedicated home office.

I offer traditional office support services along with project management and event planning to established small businesses, entrepreneurs, C-level executives and HNW clients.


I also assist start-ups with anything from setting up systems, company policies & procedures and managing business operations to ad hoc services such as sourcing office space, negotiating with suppliers and a myriad of other tasks that can present themselves when establishing a new company.

Adhoc requests

  • £37.50 per hour - minimum of 2 hours

This includes but is not limited to any of the services detailed above. Suitable for a one-off project or task.

Retainer packages

  • Up to 15 hours per month:

Retainer hours must be agreed in advance.

Payment

Payment is taken in full in advance via Direct Debit or BACS transfer.
